These letters are cut out of a styrofoam, then coated with a pigmented acrylic resin.
The letters can be used for interior or exterior use, mainly used for shop signs.

The above images are an example of styrofoam letters, coated with a pigmented acrylic resin, with blue matt sides and gloss white face with red outline. The customer fitted the letters onto a wooden back panel.
The letters were 30" high, 12" thick. The letters are lightweight because
they are made of styrofoam. They are easily dented, so care must be taken when handling.
Once in position they are out of harms way and will last for years.
